Zzzz…Feeling tired? If so, you will not want to miss a lively science café and happy hour exploring the science of sleep!

Join sleep medicine experts Erin Hanlon and Jeanne Duffy for an animated discussion exploring the hidden secrets of shuteye. They will add insight to common–but often taboo–questions like:

  • Why are we all so tired?
  • What role does sleep play in helping us lead healthy, productive lives?
  • If sleep is so important, why don't we prioritize it or even talk about it with our physicians or in a public health context?
