  2. I found this video fascinating. We have always been taught that wheat bread
    or whatever is better for us. I don’t like wheat anyway. So no more peanut
    and jelly sandwiches or pasta?

  3. i never looked into food too much until last year i went all organic and
    when i do get carbs i always go gluten free and no gmo items its crazy what
    they now do to our food ( what they add into it ) thoses almond balls look
    amazing im going to try them but i love my sweets /:
